Emphasis on a practical and theoretical understanding of organizational, interpersonal, public, and group communication skills in the workplace. Students participate in a discovery learning activity emphasizing presentational and conflict management skills, communication networks, audience analysis, and the utility of multimedia technology. Prerequisites: Professional and technical writing majors and minors: RPW 110 and 111. Other majors: no prerequisite.
