An advanced course in the media arts major, designed by the student in consultation with the instructor, that results in a major thesis project. The student is expected to propose, develop, and execute the project through the course of the semester, using tools and techniques acquired through study in the major. Students are expected to submit proposals that include a reasonable time line, budget, project narrative, research materials, and feasibility. Projects are open to any form that addresses issues investigated within the major. Prerequisite: MDA 430.
