This is a yearlong course that builds on the work of DRM 220-221, with an emphasis on period movement and proper text analysis. The lessons are applied to classical scene work and monologues (e.g., restoration comedies, Shakespeare, Molière, Ibsen, Chekov, Strindberg). Two hours weekly. Voice majors only. Prerequisites: DRM 120-121 and 220-221.
