This course introduces students to concepts and skills basic to identification of adaptive responses through the use of therapeutic communication and physical assessment skills and techniques. The student will examine development characteristics and expected assessment findings of clients throughout the life span. Prerequisites: Successful completion of all pre-professional courses and admission to the Professional Phase of Nursing.
