1st Semester. Lect. 0, Lab 4, 2 credit. In this course, participants are introduced to veterinary medicine and the history of the Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine. Basic academic reinforcement skills will be discussed. Emphasis is placed on the recognition of breeds (colors, markings, etc.), the restraint of animals, and the physical examination for both small and large animals.
