This course is a presentation of basic principles and current concepts in general microbiology, the sanitary scienes, host-parasite interactions, the immune rsponse, and pathogenic microbiology with public health applications. Prerequisites: Anatomy 0125, Chemistry 0221 and 0222, Chemistry Lab 0223 and 0224.
