2nd Semester. Lab, 3 credits. Selection, evaluation, organization and presentation of instructional materials to teach general science in secondary schools. This course will include experience in planning for instruction as well as examination of a variety of teaching strategies for use in junior and senior high schools. This course will provide familiarity with the current theories and research supporting the strategies for teaching secondary school science courses . General Science Education majors only. Prerequisite: EDUC 0330. Prerequisite: EDUC 0330.
