1st Semester. Lect. 3, 3 credits. Approximate and detailed estimate of cost of construction projects, including earthwork, foundations, concrete, masonry, steel, mechanical installation, electrical installations, and all other items in the construction of buildings. Costs are developed to include materials, equipment, labor, overhead, profit, taxes, and all other necessary items. Prerequisites: CSMT 0331, 0332 and CSMT 0344.
