2nd Semester. Lect. 3, 3 credits. The course is designed to expose students to essential elements of multi-national business operations and the social and economic systems as they affect the conduct of global business. Theories and concepts in international product cycle, major financial institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and other agencies which stabilize and facilitate global business transactions are studied. International key variables such as different currencies, exchange rate systems, and corporate policies and strategies as they affect global operations are studied. Prerequisite: Senior standing.
