Topics covered include bioenergetics, cellular metabolism, structure and function of proteins and nucleic acids, genetic engineering and gene regulation. Prerequisite: Biology Majors or permission of the Instructor. BIOL 0230/0231, CHEM 0231. Corequisite: BIOL 0251.
