Designed to present problems faced by entrepreneurs in developing, organizing and managing small businesses. The course will consider all functions relating to small business decisions. The case method will be used extensively. Student projects relating to the formation and/or management of small business units will be required, primarily through group analysis and presentations. These group projects will require field consultation exercises with owners/managers at small businesses. Prerequisite: Management and business majors/minors or permission of instructor.
