An examination of several different constitutional systems from around the world, using cases such as the United States, Israel, Canada, Poland and South Africa. All constitutional systems are unique; but when studied comparatively, they help illuminate some of the fundamental principles of modern politics: constitutionalism, democracy, justice, citizenship, liberty, and community.
