An opportunity for in-depth research or independent study under supervision of an appropriate ES affiliated faculty member. This course is required of all majors who wish to be considered for ES honors. A proposal for the thesis project, prepared in consultation with the faculty project advisor and second reader, must be submitted to the ES Program during the semester prior to enrollment.
