Hands-on, two-semester introduction to basic physical assessment with emphasis on monitoring for optimal drug therapy. Mini-lectures supported by labs that provide opportunities to practice skills. A grade of IP (in progress) will be issued at the end of the fall semester (IP grades do not negatively impact the GPA for that term). A final grade reflecting progress in the entire course will be issued at the end of the spring semester. Offered: Fall and Spring, in this sequence.
