Topics include the biogeography of East Africa, its people, history, current conservation issues and the role of sustainable development in the conservation of natural resources. Includes a 15-day safari to East African countries with visits and fieldwork at selected game reserves, discovery centers, and national parks. Co-listed as ENVM 528. Offered: Summer.
