NMT 209 - Clinical Conference

(formerly NMT 170) This course will enable students to share their experiences from their clinical rotations with other students. Through extensive case study presentations, students can incorporate their didactic training to actual work-related activities in the clinical laboratories. Students will be required to attend society functions and read society journals. The student will explore the avenues of administrative and management functions performed by a nuclear medicine technologist. Upon completion of this course, all students will demonstrate technical proficiency in all skills necessary to fulfill the role of a nuclear medicine technologist. Prerequisite: NMT 206, NMT 212. Corequisite: NMT 213. (Offered Spring) 3 credits
