(formerly PSY 150) This course is intended to increase the student's understanding and awareness of growth and development throughout the lifespan. The course integrates the physical, cognitive, emotional, social and cultural aspects of each stage. It includes a thorough investigation of the major theoretical models of development, with emphasis placed on the unique qualities of each phase. Students taking PSY 204 should not take PSY 205 or PSY 206, as content overlaps. Prerequisite: PSY 111 or Chairperson's approval. (Offered Fall, Spring) 3 credits
