These are introductory courses that focus on the development of basic communication competency in Italian. Students will have the opportunity to practice speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in Italian and to learn basic grammatical structures and sufficient vocabulary to engage in every day communication situations. NOTE: These two courses must be taken together and only in Molloy's Summer Study Abroad Program in Italy. Students with no previous experience in the language may enroll. 3, 3 credits
