A continuation of the skills developed in Acting I. The course will focus on the actor's voice and body, utilizing vocal and movement skills to support further character work. Students will develop believable characters while working on acting and improvisation exercises and partner scenes from contemporary dramatic literature. This course will enable the student to build a body of theatrical material that will be suitable for use in auditioning in the future. Attendance at theatre productions is required. Prerequisite: COM 221 or permission of instructor. (Offered Spring) 3 credits
