A course for those with much, little, or no previous experience, designed to promote the understanding of different styles of music through the study of the piano. The course includes instruction in piano technique, music composition, and MIDI software (e.g., ProTools and Finale) and hardware (e.g., recording equipment, synthesizers, and soundboards).
