An introductory course in the principles of chemistry, with application to the health sciences. Fundamentals of general chemistry, organic chemistry and biochemistry. Appropriate laboratory exercises illustrate these principles and develop techniques. This course cannot be taken as a prerequisite for Organic Chemistry.
