This course is designed to provide the necessary training required to perform radiographic (RT) testing on various base materials and weld configurations, and to then evaluate the results. Radiological safety measures will be stressed (including state certification). Instruction will include the necessary inspection techniques, film handling, etc. to ensure adequate film contrast and clarity. Further instruction will be provided on interpreting, identifying, and evaluating radiographic film discontinuities. Rec. 2, Cr. 2.
