The role of law in transnational commerce; traditional business law subjects (sales, commercial paper, etc.) as well as environmental subjects (trade regulations, employment, ethics, and others) are studied to assist managers in competing successfully in competitive global markets through development of skills to make judgments about the political and business risk of doing business internationally. Prerequisites: Cs-150, Ma-101 or Ma-211, Ma-332, Ma-403, and Ms-251 or Ms-253 or Os-203. Rec. 3, Cr. 3.
