This scriptwriting class is for students who already have a basic understanding of story structure, dialog, and character development. In this class the student will learn to write full-length television scripts and will study the structure and conventions of writing the sitcom, sketch comedy, and hourlong dramatic scripts. Student work will be read aloud and workshopped, step by step, in a traditional "writer"s table?tory conference procedure.
