This course explores the production team and the role of the line producer, unit production manager, production manager and assistant directors in managing the physical production process of producing a film. This process will include budgeting and scheduling, and managing cast, crew and vendor relationships. Additional team members are examined, including the roles of the casting director, location manager, production coordinator, and script supervisor.
