This course will introduce students to the principles of Digital Signal Processing and give them the opportunity to learn these processes using the techniques of a graphic object oriented computer programming language. In addition to reading, lecture, and lab, students will progress through a series of graded programming exercises. All applications of manipulating digitized sound are possible because of the mathematics of signal processing.
