This course is designed for any film & video student with specific value for the editor. Students acquire a working knowledge of aesthetics and the technical aspects of color correction as it applies to the editing environment. The class involves lecture and practical experience. A portion of the class is hands-on using the color correction programs on Avid Media Composer and Final Cut Pro NLE systems. Students may bring an existing project to work with during the workshop part of the class or exercises will be provided for them. 2 CREDIT S PREREQUISITES: 24-2402 EDITING II
