Hands-on course explores minimal microphone location recording. These techniques are fundamental to those employed in multi-track studio recording. Course highlights understanding, selection, and placement of microphones through a wide variety of acoustical environments and instruments. Emphasis is placed on classical and acoustic music, ambient sound recording, and sound effects recording.
