In Spirituality and Empowerment, students are invited to explore their relationship to Spirit (as they define it) and to experience Spirit as the means to contemplate Self, create community, tap the true source of creativity, and manifest intention. They will also become acquainted with the core teachings of seven significant masters and the spiritual paths they gave to the world. Practices of meditation and hatha yoga will give students a direct experience of independent contentment and peace.
