Course presents study of human development and behavior throughout life cycle. An emphasis is placed on the interdependence of family, culture, and community on the development and education of children from newborn through eight years of age and on development in middle childhood and adolescence. Students consider their future role of teacher and the implications of context, theirs and their students', on the teaching-learning process.
