Course is intended for the advanced student and requires a minimum of eight hours per week. WCRX Faculty Advisor appoints students to manage one of the station's following departments: programming, music, news, sports, community affairs, promotion, traffic, production, or sales. With assistance from the faculty advisor, student managers evaluate staff performance. Course stresses basic management skills and oral and written communication skills.
