Course provides students with basic knowledge and skills necessary for maintaining a fit and healthy body. Sessions consist of physical workouts employing exercises designed to increase aerobic endurance, muscular strength, and joint and muscle flexibility. Health related issues of diet and lifestyle are also examined in order to build a foundation for a healthy life.
