Course provides students with a better understanding of photographic images and their application to design. Students shoot their own photographs for their layouts thus developing a visual language, enhancing photo selection, and improving editing skills. Students learn to visualize not only the look of the design, but also the structure and form of the photographs they shoot. Basic format is 35mm or digital location photography, table-top, and lighting work.
