This course offers insights into arts involvement and cooperative relationships with all aspects of the tourism industry including: hotels, carriers, convention and visitor bureaus, tour operators, travel agents, and government agencies. Students develop an understanding of the many promotional, financial, and programmatic benefits of cultural tourism by discussion with professionals, and with case studies.
