In this course students will examine the theoretical and philosophical implications of the multiple through readings, discussions, writing assignments, and studio art projects. Studio techniques demonstrated may include printmaking, casting, or other processes useful in the production of multiples. The course will culminate in an individual presentation in which students examine their own work in the theoretical context established by the course.
