This course offers students rigorous critiques of their work from faculty and peers. The purpose of the student--work critique is to help students develop their capacity for critical thinking--especially critical and constructive analysis of their own work. Effective verbal, intellectual, and conceptual strategies for addressing the production and presentation of work will be learned. This is a required class for all Fine Art majors during the junior and senior years, and is repeatable for credit. 3 CREDITS
