Illustration Introduction: Lecture covers and analyzes the origins of contemporary illustration. The course examines, from a historical perspective, illustrators, illustration trends, styles, and techniques from print to animated motion pictures. Significant illustrators and illustrations are featured throughout the semester. The objective of the course is to gain a better appreciation of illustration and its origin.
