Course focuses in depth on issues of form-appropriateness for user-centered design and manufacturing. Relying on case studies of a broad array of products, instruction exposes students to issues of ergonomics, kinesthetics, material selection, design for disassembly (DFD), and other issues that determine the interrelation of form, function, and production.
