This course broadly defines the customer as any entity or person whose cooperation is essential for an organization's success. As such, a customer may be external or internal to an organization. This course also examines the role of the sales function and techniques necessary for the successful selling of both tangibles and intangibles. Emphasis is placed on communication skills necessary to manage relationships for personal influence.
