Analysis of trends in the functions and administration of institutions and communitybased corrections programs; and processing of the convicted offender. This course provides competencies to meet the program outcome to allow students to demonstrate an understanding of learning the basic rights guaranteed to each individual by both state and federal constitutions and laws.
