Emphases include aligning IT to the needs of business processes and enabling business value. You will learn and utilize IT management frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL. The culminating project in the course asks you to address a management challenge, in which you apply process tools and management frameworks to the solution of a business problem. Should be taken as the first course in the MSITM advanced program.
