Topics include real estate markets and institutions, real estate project analysis, conventional and creative financing, governmental and tax-related issues, real estate investment products, yield analysis and decision models. This course fulfills part of the educational requirements of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) for salesperson and broker licensing, contact the DRE for more information. Prerequisite: FI 203 (or FI 100) or FI 300A.
