You will master the theory and practice of the management of innovation and technology and consider a variety of empirical approaches used to research this field. You will study methods for creating and sustaining organizational change and innovation including techniques for organizational design and organizational learning. Covering product, process and information technologies, you will explore such topics as national issues of industrial competitiveness, the nature of technology and innovation, strategies regarding technology planning, development and acquisition, and managerial issues regarding organizational design, organizational learning and change management to implement these strategies.
