You will study ethics, auditor's legal responsibility and liability, auditor's report, audit evidence, internal controls, statistical sampling and requirements of professional associations and regulatory agencies. This course cannot be taken if ACCTG 111 or its equivalent has been taken. Prerequisites: ACCTG 100B and ACCTG 300.
