A course designed to prepare the professional rescuer, e.g., lifeguards, athletic trainers, and emergency services personnel, with the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life in an emergency. Students will learn to recognize and care for life-threatening emergencies such as respiratory or cardiac problems; sudden illness; or injuries to infants, children, or adults. Upon successful completion, the student will attain American Red Cross certifications in the Professional Rescuer CPR/AED and First Aid. Course fee: $ 30
