This course is designed to develop knowledge about the concepts of management and the importance of administration as it relates to athletic training. Basic concepts of legal liability, fiscal management, inventory control, facility design, and maintenance will be addressed. Additionally, athletic training students will learn about the application of management skills in different athletic training settings. Topics of professional development and ethics will also be emphasized. Prerequisites: admission to the ATEP; ATR 245, ATR 344. Co-requisites: ATR 345and ATR 347. Fall, even academic years.
