ATR 282 - Clinical Experiences in Athletic Training III

Rotations through on-campus clinical settings and off-campus allied health care settings will expose the athletic training student to athletic injuries and their management, as well as general medical conditions associated with athletic environments. Emphasis will be placed on recognizing signs and symptoms of general medical diseases and conditions and becoming proficient in instruments used in illness recognition. Affiliated clinical experiences with supervised integration of required clinical education proficiencies are encompassed in this course. Prerequisites: admission to the ATEP; ATR 182 and 281. Spring.
