Prerequisite(s): SPE301 The student will learn, in depth, the legal and ethical aspects of special education and the services provided for individuals with disabilities. The student will gain a knowledge base on the historical, philosophical, and legal foundations to be able to develop effective programming. Student will review the historical and current state and federal legislation and litigation affecting special education.
