A twelve-week field experience under the supervision of college supervisors and a certified secondary teacher with a minimum of three years teaching experience, provides an opportunity for the student to satisfactorily demonstrate effective teaching practices. Self-evaluation and reflective teaching are facilitated by seminars and journal writing. Approval of candidacy by the School of Education Governance Committee is required.
