A course designed for students of all ages It will teach the facts about exercise, physical fi tness and wellness Major emphasis will be placed on the development and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle This course will focus on the importance of regular physical activity, nutrition, and making healthy choices Students will learn to assess their current fi tness level and develop their health profi le Students will develop a personal fi tness/wellness program that addresses their specifi c needs and goals They will also learn to adjust their program as their needs change so it is incorporated into their lifestyle Fall, Spring
